Next Week, we will be having our annual ‘Wellbeing Week’. During these times, it’s really important to look after our Wellbeing – taking time out to do things we enjoy, taking screen breaks, getting exercise, spending time with your family, keeping in contact with friends and family etc. Each day there will be a different theme and different activities to complete.

On Monday morning, we are kicking off Wellbeing Week with some Yoga Zoom Sessions with Aoife. It’s a great way to kick off the week! We will also have our Dance Class on Thursday and on Friday we will be doing 10@10 via Zoom! The different themes of the week include Mindfulness, Friendship, Healthy Eating, Postive Mindset/Happiness and Exercise.
