Well done to our girls on their 'explosive' science week last week, great to see so many STEM initiatives across the school.
We were delighted to welcome parents of our 2nd class girls to our school in October. The girls really enjoyed sharing their learning with their families. Thank you to our PA for the refreshments
We were also delighted to share Grandparents' Projects with grandparents and parents in October. Our 6th class girls produced commendable projects full of love, interest and pride in their stories, capturing the lives of their grandparents. We were extremely proud of the passion the girls displayed in sharing their projects on the day. Thanks again to our PA for the refreshments, a busy yet thoroughly enjoyable day had by all :)
Our whole school community enjoyed a lovely autumnal walk on Friday, October 11th. It is always great to get out and get moving in our local community! Thank you to all the parents who joined us for the walk and well done to our 6th class girls who set the pace and kept us going!
Maths Week - October 14th - 18th. The girls will be engaging in lots of fun maths activities this week, including a trip to Marino Institute of Education for 'Bubbly Maths'
It is great to have our GAA season up and running again! Thanks to our GPO Nicole, who has begun our weekly training session at on Wednesdays.
We're delighted to have resumed swimming lessons for our 4th class pupils in Westwood swimming pool. The girls are making great progress, well done girls!
Well done to all the girls from 4th - 6th class who took part in the Cross Country last week. Well done to Ria in R 21, who came 2nd, our 5th class who came first as a team and to all participants on the day. We have fantastic athletes in our school and we were delighted to see so many girls showing interest in running, well done to all.
